   1.  What the your glass package ? Are they safe ?
Answer :Seaworthy strong  plywood crates with paper interleave  . The crates will be very strong and every loading worker has 5 years packed, loading and  fixation crates with container experience. And we send the loading pictures for you after we loading . 

2. What is your payment term ?

Answer : Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance ,70% after get the copy of B/L .
If your glass quantity is less, we want to TT 100% . You can payment By L/C, T/T, Paypal, Western Union and company bank account .

3. Can you supply a free samples ?
Answer : Yes, we can supply the free small size samples for you . In general, our sample size is 100x100mm and 300x300mm . If you want us supply the large size samples according to your require , You should be payment a little produce cost . 
4. How long time we can get the samples ?
Answer : We send the samples in 3 - 5 days after you confirm .

5. What is your delivery time ?
Answer : Our delivery time about 15 - 20 days after we get the depoist .(For one container)
